Limen Collective LLC is the data controller for the information collected through this site. We are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used.
What we collect
When you purchase: your name, email address, and payment confirmation. We do not store your full payment card details — these are handled securely by Paddle.
When you browse: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or track you across sites. Plausible collects anonymised data such as country (derived from a hashed IP address), device type, and pages visited. No raw IP addresses are stored.
When you subscribe to read Liturgy 01: your email address, so we can send you the liturgy and a one-time follow-up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
When you contact us: your email address and the contents of your message.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order — delivering your PDF download link and confirming your purchase.
To send you Liturgy 01 — when you request it by email, we send the liturgy and a brief confirmation.
To provide customer support — helping you with download issues, refund requests, or questions.

To keep things secure — detecting fraud or unauthorised access.
Who we share it with
Paddle — our Merchant of Record, who processes payments, handles tax compliance, and provides customer service on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your purchase records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years), or until you ask us to delete them. Email subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Browsing data is retained by Plausible for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain uses, request a copy of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable.
