The seller

These terms are between you and Limen Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What you receive

Liturgies for the Threshold is a digital PDF collection. Upon successful payment, you receive a download link valid for 30 days. The file is yours to keep, print, and share with close friends or family. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the contents in whole or substantial part.

Payments & refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For full payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Intellectual property

All content — text, design, and branding — is owned by Limen Collective LLC. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right to use the PDF. It does not transfer ownership or grant any other licence.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its content for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, harassment, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The site and content are provided as-is, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
