The seller

These terms are between you and Limen Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

What you receive

Liturgies for the Threshold is a digital PDF. Upon successful payment, you receive a unique download link valid for 30 days. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for your own private reading and printing. You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, publish, or create derivative works from the contents in whole or in substantial part.

Payments & refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date by emailing us at hello@liminalseason.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed by our payment provider,Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns on our behalf. For full payment, billing, tax, and cancellation mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Intellectual property

All content — text, design, and branding — is owned by Limen Collective LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a limited personal licence only. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or any other proprietary right.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its content for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, distributing malware, or infringing intellectual property rights. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, or use it to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or conduct that poses a security risk.

Service level & liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
