How to request a refund

Email us at hello@liminalseason.com with your order reference (from your confirmation email) and let us know you'd like a refund. We handle the request directly and process it through our payment provider, Paddle.

You may also initiate a refund through Paddle's support, who acts as our Merchant of Record.

What happens

Once approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method. You do not need to return anything — this is a digital product. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
